Full-service management coordinates the work of marketing the home, managing reservations, supporting guests, caring for the property and reporting to the owner. The signed agreement and applicable service schedule establish what is included for your property.

What does the operating team do?

Casago’s published overview describes housekeeping coordination, inspections, guest communication, local property support and maintenance coordination. These activities work together: the home needs to be accurately represented, ready for arrival and supported when something needs attention during a stay.

Does the management fee cover every expense?

Do not assume that full-service means every repair, vendor bill, supply or optional program is included. Ask the representative to separate the management fee from onboarding, recurring property expenses, maintenance labor, parts and elective services in your proposal.

How will I stay informed?

The owner portal guide describes access to reservations, owner blocks, work orders and financial reports. Service Tasks provide a way to ask questions and follow an existing conversation. Available reports and services depend on the account and applicable program.

What should we discuss first?

Tell us what matters most: rental performance, condition of the home, communication, your own stays or time spent managing it. If you are changing managers, explain what you want improved and your preferred timing. A property-specific conversation should connect the service plan to those priorities.
