Yes. You can begin with an email inquiry and explain what you want to understand before deciding whether to schedule a call. An email conversation does not require an appointment or a time slot.

What should I include?

Tell us your question, your situation and anything you want us to focus on. You may already own a home, be considering a change of manager, be planning to buy or simply be researching. A property address or listing link can help with a specific review, but you do not need to repeat information you already provided.

Can I request email only?

State your preference clearly, such as “email only—please do not call or text.” Supplying a phone number is not a request to move the conversation to that channel. You can change your preference later.

When would a call help?

A call can be useful when you want to discuss several property-specific questions together. If you choose that option, the team should confirm the appropriate market, actual availability and your timezone. A proposed time is not a confirmed appointment.

What if my question needs a specialist?

Property-specific accounting, repairs, contract terms or income commitments may require the appropriate representative to review the details. The next step is to identify the question and the information needed. An automatic acknowledgment confirms receipt; it does not mean the question has been resolved or that a specialist has already reviewed it.
