The owner statement is the starting point for understanding the revenue, charges and net payout recorded for a statement period. It is different from an annual revenue forecast or a calendar showing future bookings.

Where do I find the statement?

The Owner X guide directs owners to Reports → Month End Statement. Select the month and download the PDF. Depending on account setup, other reports may be available, including a Profit and Loss report and a reservation Summary Report.

Why can two reports show different totals?

First check that you are comparing the same property, period and date basis. The portal’s Summary Report supports check-in, check-out and creation-date filters. A booking created this month can relate to a stay in a different period. Compare the definitions before treating a difference as an error.

What affects the owner payout?

The portal guide describes gross revenue, management commission, expenses and net owner payout on the monthly statement. Work-order charges may appear as deductions. Review the actual statement and applicable agreement rather than treating gross rent as the amount you will receive.

How do I question a charge or payment?

Use an owner-portal Service Task or your existing Owner Success contact. Include the property, statement month, line-item description, amount and any reservation or work-order reference. Ask the team to explain the entry and supporting record. Do not send bank credentials, full card details or tax identifiers in an ordinary inquiry message.

For a payment-date, withholding or tax question, request confirmation for your account from the appropriate team. A general article cannot establish when a particular payment will arrive or provide personal tax advice.
