Will my home be on Airbnb and Vrbo?
Airbnb and Vrbo are among the channels described in our published marketing guidance. That guidance also describes other distribution partners, some of which accept only properties that meet their requirements. A partnership does not mean every home is accepted, listed or already live on every site.
What supports the listing?
Professional presentation, accurate property details, photographs, guest communication and reviews all contribute to the booking experience. Our published materials also describe email marketing, paid search, social media and efforts to encourage direct and repeat bookings. Ask which activities apply to your home instead of assuming a fixed advertising spend or booking percentage.
How are nightly rates managed?
The published revenue process reviews demand, booking trends and comparable pricing and adjusts rates, stay requirements and promotions. A high nightly rate alone is not the objective; availability, occupancy and total performance need to be considered together.
What should I ask before launch?

A submitted listing or connected channel is not proof that guests can book it. Ask for the live property link when launch is confirmed.
