You and your animal are welcome here.
We want your stay to be comfortable from the moment you book. If you're traveling with a service animal or emotional support animal (ESA), here's everything you need to know.
Service Animals
Service animals are welcome at all of our properties — including homes that are otherwise listed as non-pet-friendly.
A service animal is a dog (or in some cases, a miniature horse) that has been individually trained to perform a specific task or work for a person with a disability. Examples include guide dogs, hearing alert dogs, mobility assistance dogs, and psychiatric service dogs.
What we will never ask you to do:
- Provide documentation, certification, or proof of training
- Demonstrate your animal's task
- Disclose your disability or medical condition
- Pay a pet fee or pet deposit
Your word is sufficient. We trust you.
Emotional Support Animals (ESAs)
Emotional support animals provide therapeutic comfort and companionship. We treat ESAs exactly the same as service animals — they are welcome at all of our properties with no documentation required and no additional fees.
What we ask of you
Please let us know at the time of booking (or as soon as possible) that you'll be traveling with a service animal or ESA. This helps us make sure everything is set up for a smooth arrival and allows our housekeeping team to prepare accordingly.
You can note this in your reservation message, or simply reach out to our Guest Support team.
Questions?
If you have any questions before or during your stay, our Guest Support team is here to help. We're committed to making every guest feel at home — and that includes every member of your party, four-legged or otherwise.
